The Student Memorial Center is located in the heart of the Millersville University campus. The execution of this major project was divided into three phases to maintain building occupancy without interruption. EI’s Associates, along with our consultant WTW, collaborated to design this 71,050 sq. ft. addition along with 84,800 sq. ft. of alterations which focused on renovations to the fitness center, parking, dining spaces, and the University Store. A major street had to be temporarily closed to permit the renovations.
