Following a feasibility study performed for the Selinsgrove Area School District, EI Associates was retained to a renovate their existing elementary school. This resulted in an award winning, LEED Gold certified facility.

The design includes a vegetative roof that can be used by students to perform science experiments while reducing storm water runoff. Other features include water efficient fixtures and other energy efficient products to allow for maximum energy savings. The elementary school is for students in grades K-2 and received 49,639 sq.ft. of additions with 40,080 sq.ft. of alterations to the existing facility.
