EI Associates recently assisted the Township of Old Bridge by providing architectural and engineering services covering conceptual design and cost estimating services for the proposed Laurence Harbor Community Building to which will replace the existing Recreation Center.  A new two-story structure with a footprint of approximately 6,000 sq.ft. per floor is proposed. The first floor will house community recreation programs and will incorporate men’s and women’s restrooms.  The second floor will house a public library annex. An elevator will provide ADA access to the second-floor library.  The building will incorporate architectural features to emphasize the waterfront views.
