As Architect/Engineer of Record, EI Associates designed the replacement of two original gas-fired fire-tube boilers that were approaching the end of their useful life for the Green Brook Middle School. One boiler was out of service and would have required extensive repairs to be put back on line for the coming heating system. The replacement boilers comprise four Aerco Benchmark, hot water, fire-tube high-efficiency modular gas boilers and include provisions for a future fifth boiler. The boiler project was expedited to permit a summer installation and completed prior to the upcoming heating season.
