EI Associates designed the Leaguers’ new headquarters facility to house their executive and administrative functions as well as provide space for their acclaimed Head Start Program. The Leaguers, Inc., a non-profit organization, provides community support and social services, including employment training, educational development, family and crisis intervention and early childcare programs. The new two-story building, totaling 43, 932 gsf. (gross square feet), was designed for the 1.1 acre site. The building is elevated above the restricted urban site to permit the design of a sublevel parking area, sized for approximately (80) vehicles.
