Allergan retained EI Associates to plan, design, and build a 64,000 sq. ft. office and laboratory renovation project. The highlight of this project was the use of the building’s formerly vacant third floor, which includes new and renovated labs, new office spaces and a new cafeteria. These new spaces are enhanced by the renovation of the third floor clerestory, which brings natural light into the middle of the space.
