The scope of work includes: Demolition of the existing bus maintenance building and construction of a new multi-bay bus maintenance facility, offices and storage. The facility will be a pre-engineered structural frame with
metal roofing and metal siding with concrete masonry veneer. The project includes a bus wash, a hydraulic lift, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work, sitework and a new vehicle fueling station.
