The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Existing building demolition, stadium site clearing, and staging area preparation
2. New building construction and associated site work
3. New multipurpose athletics field with support building
4. Tie-in connection from existing adjacent school to new facility

A Non-Mandatory Prebid Conference will be held Thursday April 23, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. in the the District Administration Center, 2040 Washington Blvd., Easton, PA 18042. Arrangements to visit the project site must be made through Mr. Neal Falcone, Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, at telephone number 484-373-6000.
