To support Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics production demands, EI Associates designed a new Gel Manufacturing Suite within the First Floor of Building ‘A’ at their Raritan facility. The Gel Manufacturing Suite Facility comprises three lines each consisting of a Class 100,000 Clean Filling Area inside a Class 100,000 Clean Staging Area located at the filling end of the manufacturing line. The front end of each Gel line is contained within two separate class 100,000 environments.
