Continuing a long-term relationship with TEVA Pharmaceuticals USA, EI Associates designed and constructed a 20,000 sq. ft. addition to their warehouse. The addition was of steel frame, slab-on-grade construction with painted masonry block walls, ESFR sprinkler system, and solvent waste storage room with spill containment and pre-action sprinklers. This addition was executed in accordance with TEVA’s campus Master Plan previously developed by EI Associates.
