The growth of TEVA Pharmaceuticals USA, in Sellersville, PA required more space for laboratories and offices to accommodate increased work load and staff. EI Associates was selected to design and build a 23,000 sq. ft. addition to supply this need for more space. EI Associates master-planned the development of the site, and this addition was part of that program. The addition was constructed of concrete slab on grade and steel framing.
