Project Summary:
Project encompasses Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning upgrades to the Existing Upper Allen Township Administration Building, including related general trades and electrical work.

Base bid includes replacement of the existing Building Automation system in its entirety, including but not limited to the following: sensors, thermostats, switches, relays, controls, control wiring, control programming, and control graphics.
Utilize existing dampers and actuators where appropriate.
