Plumbing work includes installation of new exterior grease interceptor including excavation and backfill, cutting and patching of pavement, concrete pad installation, and wiring and conduit for high-level alarm. Installation of new sanitary piping in crawl space below kitchen and connections to existing kitchen drains and existing sanitary main.
Relocation of existing HVAC hot water piping as required.
Removal of existing grease interceptor and patching of existing concrete kitchen floor.
