Clearing and preparation of existing mulch area in front of the HS.
Trim existing trees as needed.
Replace existing mulch bed with new mulch in front of building. Plant 32 new bushes
in new bed area.
Scarify and replant grass strip and cover with straw mulch.
Replace concrete around flagpole.
Remove mulch bed and stumps in lawn area and replace with seeded grass area.
