EI Associates is pleased to welcome a new team member to our growing architectural firm. Adam Kerr, AIA, LEED® AP BD+C, NCARB was recently hired in our Harrisburg Office as Vice President. Adam is a registered architect in several states including Pennsylvania and is a LEED® accredited professional. In his new role with EI Associates, Adam will be responsible for architectural design from concept to completion of construction. He will be directly involved with clients from beginning stages of projects initiating an assessment of each District’s programming needs and physical space requirements to develop efficient use of facilities as well as glean savings in areas such as energy or transportation. Adam will also collaborate with the marketing and business development team on marketing and client initiatives. 

Adam graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture (NAAB Accredited) and a Minor in History. He brings with him twenty (20) years of experience in the architectural design industry having worked in the York and Lancaster areas. His diversified experience encompasses team mentoring and development, contract negotiations, sales presentations, project and office management, and LEED® administration. He is enthusiastic and excited to join the EI Associates’ team.
