Community and Recreation Center and Improvements to Peterson Field

Rockaway Township

EI Associates was retained by The Township of Rockaway to perform the following improvements to Peterson Field:

Construct either a natural or artificial turf multi-purpose field comprising a little league field and a full-size soccer field.
Construct a two-story community building with three full size basketball courts and bleacher seating, concession and public restrooms on the main level and a partial second floor for multipurpose functions such as a conference area and party room. A full basement level is also anticipated for use as mechanical space as well as for the storage of Township recreational equipment. The new community building must incorporate provisions for ADA accessibility and will include an elevator to access the second level.
