EI Associates was retained by GE CP&SO Project Services to provide programming, schematic design, design development, contract documents, bidding and construction phase services associated with relocation of GE Licensing and Trading and GE Healthcare into approximately 30,000 sq.ft. of space at 105 Carnegie Center in Princeton, NJ. The approximate breakdown of office space is 30% open plan and 70% private offices. EI Associates’ in-house architects and engineers provided existing conditions reports, test fit, utility analysis, cost estimate, project schedule, drawings, bidding assistance, RFI and submittal assistance and field visits/reports.
