Facade and Roof Replacement for Mission Critical Disaster Recovery Site

Deutsche Bank, AG occupies an existing one-story, 90,000 sq.ft. facility, utilized as a disaster recovery center. The original roof system had developed leaks and, more critically, the original brick panel wall system was experiencing failures. EI Associates was retained by Deutsche Bank to perform an assessment of the roof as well as the entire brick facade to determine the appropriate course of corrective action. A detailed assessment revealed a progressive failure of the brick exterior, a condition extremely dangerous for the building occupants. Based on our findings, we designed a new roof system as well as the replacement of the entire exterior brick facade and the construction of new landscaping along the perimeter of the building.
