Actavis, Inc. relied on EI Associates’ experience in office and laboratory planning, design and construction to execute a 64,000 sq. ft. renovation project. The highlight of this project was the use for the building’s third floor, which includes new and renovated labs, new office spaces and a new cafeteria. These new spaces are enhanced by the renovation of the third floor clerestory, which brings natural light into the middle of the space.
