Renovations to Cook and Douglass Campuses

EI Associates assisted Rutgers University with a campus-wide capital improvement project at the Cook & Douglass Campuses. The scope of work includes facade restoration, window and roof replacement, ADA access, laboratory renovations, HVAC upgrades, new toilet rooms, the design of new electric service and distribution, fire protection, fire alarms and landscaping. The project also involved and site improvements for eight buildings, including the Graduate Music Building, Chemistry Building, BioScience, Ruth Adams, College Hall, Thompson Hall, Lipman Hall, and Martin Hall.
