Mechanical System Replacement at the Learning Resource Center and Cohen Hall

The County College of Morris faced ongoing problems as a result of aging, inefficient and inadequate HVAC systems at two of their main educational facilities: Cohen Hall and the Learning Resource Center. EI Associates developed a feasibility study to determine the available mechanical system replacement options and associated cost information and provided detailed design and construction administration services covering the Cohen Hall Mechanical Plant and the Learning Resource Center Penthouse Air Handler replacements.
