The school is a multilevel design with all shared facilities on the entry level to maintain sensitivity to the existing slope of the land. Designed to house 700 students, this high performance building is environmentally friendly and incorporates material and systems that require minimal energy usage. The intermediate school is for students in grades 4-5 and is a 100, 150 sq. ft. facility.
