6 Ram Ridge Office Conversion

EI Associates (EIA) recently assisted PAR Pharmaceutical with the relocation of office facilities from existing owned and leased spaces in Spring Valley, NY and Woodcliff Lake, NJ to a newly acquired building located at 6 Ram Ridge (6RR) Road on PAR’s Ram Ridge Road Campus.  The 6 RR building has a footprint of approximately 100,000 sq. ft., rectangular in shape with an interior clear height to the underside of the roof structure of approximately 30 ft.  The original exterior building façade was non-bearing single wythe scored concrete masonry unit wall construction, with minimal window and door penetration.

To assist with this office relocation assignment, EIA confirmed the program requirements to be accommodated in the 6RR facility and designed approximately 50,000 sq.ft. of new office space for PAR.  In addition, EIA designed a new metal panel and glass curtain wall façade to aesthetically integrate the 6RR facility with PAR’s adjoining campus buildings.  EI is presently assisting PAR with the design of new labs and warehouse areas within the remainder of the existing building.

New interior finishes, furniture, lighting and HVAC equipment was specified to support the renovated area.
