MOPS Facility Relocation

EI recently assisted Pfizer with the relocation of the existing Technology and Scientific Operations Group (TSO) from the Morris Plains, NJ facility to the Pearl River, NY campus.  This project covered the relocation of Offices, Laboratories and Solid Dosage Formulations Pilot Plant facilities and equipment.

The programmed space needs to support the relocation of Pfizer’s TSO Group include:

• Administration area for private offices and cubicles.
• Laboratory area consisting of two general laboratories, five lab rooms and one low humidity room.
• Approximately 17,700 square feet of Pilot plant area.

EI provided complete programming, design and construction administration phase services covering demolition and retrofit of the Pearl River facilities, utilities and systems to support the project requirements.
