Givaudan-Roure selected EI Associates to provide engineering services for conceptual design of a 250,000 sq.ft. grass-roots fragrances blending facility in Mt. Olive, NJ.  The facility included large, intermediate and small commercial size batches, PLC controlled fully automated dispensing system and hard piping manifolds for liquid distribution.  Utilities included steam, hot water, chilled water, compressed and instrument air, and nitrogen for blanketing.

EI Associates prepared master plan, Process Floor Diagrams, layouts and equipment arrangement, equipment and instrument lists and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams.
