The project scope consists of complete renovation of the Kitchen, Scullery, and Receiving, and Server area, including new equipment and finishes throughout, and new finishes in the Cafeteria and adjacent Toilet Rooms. Finish and electrical alternates may be included in the scope. A new electrical main switchgear and associated electrical equipment, and addition of several outlets in various locations throughout the building is included. Proposed Project encompasses renovation of an existing Elementary School, including related General trades, Food Service, HVAC, fire suppression and plumbing, electrical, data/ telecommunications, and security work.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held for prospective bidders on Wednesday July 12, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. in the High School Cafeteria 155 Main Street, Hegins, PA 17938.
