As a former school administrator for over 38 years, Joe has the unique experience and focus to ensure educational program requirements are fully addressed in all EI school facility projects.

John Pulsinelle
Director of Process Engineering
Mr. Pulsinelle brings over 35 years of process engineering experience with chemical, petro-chemical, industrial gas, pharmaceutical, water and wastewater treatment, flavors and fragrances, commercial construction and transit distribution industries. John executed projects for optimized efficiency from conceptual design to construction. His leadership and commitment to excellence are exemplified by the volume, scope and diversity of projects produced within rigorous budgets and timelines. He has served as Director of Engineering and Projects for a major processor and distributor of hydrochloric acid.
Life Sciences
Robert W. Paine, PE, LEED AP, HBDP
Vice President, Mechanical Engineering / Laboratory HVAC Specialist
Robert has over 30 years experience in the design of specialized HVAC systems to maintain cGMP requirements for laboratories, clean rooms, manufacturing and packaging suites and support areas.
Luke Gong, RA
Director, Life Sciences Project
Luke brings over 35 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of laboratory, pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities architectural design. His experience includes sterile manufacturing, and packaging, potent suites, clean rooms, biohazard and chemical containment facilities, laboratories, retained sample storage, office space and building planning and design.
