Ms. Shiley joined EI Associates in 2004 and has over ten years experience in professional services marketing. Her responsibilities include helping to build and maintain client relationships. Ms. Shiley earned a master's degree in business administration from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
