Mr. Cipriano is a Director and Principal of the corporation. He has complete profit and loss responsibility, administers company policy and determines the formation of the company organization. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 24 states. For significant projects, he devotes his personal attention and expertise to the assignments in the interest of the client. Mr. Cipriano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Princeton University. He also attended New Jersey Institute of Technology & Graduate Studies in Industrial Engineering.
