Mr. Barnhardt is the Principal-in-Charge of the Harrisburg, PA office of EI Associates. For 20 years with EI Associates, he has specialized in the design of educational facilities and he has managed and designed over a half-billion dollars of school construction projects. Mr. Barnhardt earned a master's degree in architecture from Pennsylvania State University where his thesis focused on the implications of school design on learning.
