Mr. Bannon's over 20 years experience with EI Associates as an Architect covers a variety of educational designs both K-12 and higher education. He acts as Architect and Project Manager for projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey. Mr. Bannon also directs facility and demographic studies, evaluates funding and cost options, acts as a facilitator in the development of facility programs and needs assessment; prepares conceptual designs focusing on operational effectiveness, and conducts code evaluations for existing structures.
